Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano disagrees with speculation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is nearing the end game of his investigation.

In a piece on Yahoo News, journalist Michael Isikoff reported that Mueller's team is "tying up loose ends" in the Russia probe as they prepare to file three crucial memos this week on their most high profile defendants: Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen.

"I don't believe it," Napolitano said on "Fox & Friends" Tuesday. "I believe that Mueller is continuing to get information."

He pointed out that Mueller's team spoke to Cohen, President Trump's former attorney, for 70 hours as part of a guilty plea that was revealed last week.

"Most people are focusing on what Cohen told the court, which took about five minutes. What we really should focus on is what he told [Mueller's team]," Napolitano said, calling 70 hours a "huge debriefing."
